The International Journal of Hyperthermia

This was my first attempt at planning a large meeting for an organization that Allen Press manages. Allen Press walked me through the process for setting up online registration for the meeting. I was sent a link to a customized registration page, and we tested it together to make sure it was as user friendly as possible. Then they provided me with regular reports as requested in a timely, punctual manner that helped me stay on top of what was expected for the meeting.

The American Society of Parasitologists (ASP) has been employing the services of the Association Management division of Allen Press for a little over 10 years, and we are extremely pleased with the results they have provided us. Allen Press oversees our yearly membership drive that involves sending out renewal requests six to eight times during the year, collecting and processing dues via electronic or mail-in payment, updating membership renewal information on the Allen Press website dedicated to the ASP, managing donations to the Society, and helping the Society come up with new and innovative ways of advertising geared toward not only maintaining our membership, but increasing our numbers.
